Learn moreThis was my final project for my ME EN 6510 Introduction to Finite Elements course. This was a two person project where we analyzed a mountain bike frame under dynamic loading using Abaqus. While our methodology wasn't flawness, we learned advanced Abaqus features and analysis methods that I utilized after this course. Additionally, we used PLATO, an advanced toplogy analysis software developed by Sandia National Laboratory to perform a simple topology optimization for the bike frame thickness. Our final report is shown below.
